I love to play games on the
computer. My favorites include various card and trivia games, Doom, Quake,
Delta Force and Unreal Tournament! I also like WWII Combat Simulators,
Aircraft & Subs.
I have been shot, fragged, and almost knifed in real life as well as
virtually. I've been in car wrecks, drove a motorcycle into a tractor
trailer. I have been in bar fights and I have had my nose broken more times
than I can remember. I have had bad landings skydiving that hurt. Still,
for my first forty-some years, I was lucky to be alive, but had no
permanent disabling injuries besides reconstructed kneecaps.
Due to drinking more than a gallon of Bourbon a week for 30+ years, I have been
diagnosed with cirrhosis, with several resulting byproduct
ailments. Some of these are Peritonitis, Esophageal Varices, Ascites, and the most dangerous side
effect: Hepatic encephalopathy. The diagnosis looks like a liver
transplant, which is to be performed at Johns Hopkins University's
Transplant Institute.
